ABSTRACT
The question of suburban areas is substantial; however, some solutions can still be proposed, starting with the idea that even though the existence of a worldly economic power in the metropolis. The Neapolitan district had sadly become known all over Europe for a number of problems, such as social and environmental decay. The original settlement of residential buildings had not been followed by the provision of any facilities, infrastructure, or links to other parts of the city, thus creating very difficult living conditions that had led the inhabitants towards criminality and drug dependence. The project is aimed at the requalification of an outskirt district of the city of Marrakech, in Morocco, which was completely decayed and abandoned, but located in a very crucial zone of the city itself. The main goal of the whole idea is that of valorizing this marginal area as a means of regenerating the entire ancient Moroccan city, while displaying new common spaces.
