ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the key concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The proposed methodology for investigating and designing an accessible and tangible urban regeneration, both social and cultural, has been discussed, clarified, and summarized. Possible ideas for its innovative application with the use of sustainable technologies have been suggested. This research can be concluded by underlining the importance of environmental and landscaping studies dedicated to the humanized zones, mainly when they appear strongly integrated and interacting with the biotic processes. It is important to remember that the rural landscape, which includes these two characters, actually requires extensive analysis for the understanding and adjustment of development lines. "The way of living the space, as well as the city-space, by the children is similar to the poet's one: he lives poetically the space, he does not submit to it passively".
