HR policies and procedures were revised to support this intervention effort. The Committee reviewed policy=procedural statements from Western organizations and revised accordingly. Corporate Health (and its U.S. organizations) provided consultation during this effort. Ongoing program operational procedures (including a program manual) were developed and the Initial Program Committee was established. This ‘‘initial’’ Program Committee developed position descriptions and guidelines for the follow up Committee. The Intervention Program became operational on May 1, 2011, after the completion of all of the (above) action steps.
