ABSTRACT

ISAT provides different kinds of feedback to the individual users and to the company. To the individual users, it provides personalized feedback on their perceptions of stress and well-being at work, comparing them to their reference group (see also higher). ISAT reference and cut-off scores are based on a benchmark of S-ISW respondents from 65 companies extended with a random sample of 9,500 employees, resulting in a total sample of 31,899 employees.
