On the Functional Theory of Propositions, Classes and Relations [1906]

This manuscript is dated May 1906 in Russell’s hand, and so was written in the same month that Papers 5a and 7 were completed. Like 7, Paper 8 rejects the assumption that propositions are entities. In the present paper he did not accept classes, relations, or propositions as entities. As in 5a and 7, but unlike 6b, he paid particular attention in 8 to the Liar Paradox.
