ABSTRACT
What kind of person becomes a terrorist? Perhaps an understanding of the dynamics of becoming a terrorist will increase our under-standing of this phenomenon. As noted in Chapter 3, terrorist acts are committed for a wide variety of causes. It is also true that there are a wide variety of individuals and groups who commit terrorist acts.
