ABSTRACT
Even after nearly five years, as of this writing, many victims have never recounted their personal experience of the 3.11 disaster, still showing great resistance to receiving psychological help. This kind of disaster, resulting in the human-made fourth disaster, can really be called a mega disaster, while the fourth type of human-made disaster, characterized by shame and an avoidance of help seeking, can follow any great natural disaster.
