ABSTRACT
One of my favorite things to do is to make the call and offer an actor a role. Actors hear “No” more than 90% of the time, so when they do land a job, it’s a very happy day indeed. Enjoy their excitement. They live for the “Yes, you got the role.” Congratulate them and share the enthusiasm.
