ABSTRACT
Budget Budget is the driving factor that defines most design decisions. A few top tier designers refuse to let budget restrictions encumber their creativity. They prefer to obtain as much information as available and prepare the design the way they believe it should look, and present it to the artist with a convincing argument to management that the idea is worth the expense.
