ABSTRACT
When we approached potential contributors for this book, we were struck by how excited each was to be part of the project. “Such a needed resource” was something we heard over and over. People genuinely wanted to participate and without exception were gracious in making accommodations to their chapters to fit both our time frame and format. Even colleagues who were not part of the project, but knew of it, were generous with their feedback and encouragement. Clearly we had landed on a topic that evoked genuine interest.
