ABSTRACT
Whenever we are talking to a group of teachers, a recurring theme seems to be the power of positive communication. Great teachers communicate positively every single day. Even when they are delivering bad news or correcting student behavior, the great teachers can do it positively. It can be challenging at times, though. The biggest challenge to positive communication arises when the individual we are communicating with is difficult. We surely all agree it is far easier to communicate with a positive person than it is to communicate with somebody who is difficult.
