ABSTRACT

Introduction Following from the Learning to Create a Better Built Environment project, a second implementation of online collaborative working was created as a three-way collaboration among Loughborough and Coventry Universities in the UK and Ryerson University in Canada, the full details of which are described in Chapter 1. Altogether seven groups took part, comprising (at least) two students from each university. The findings of the learners’ experience of this project, presented in this chapter, are based on qualitative data gathered from 18 months of data collection from students and staff from Loughborough, Coventry and Ryerson universities.
