ABSTRACT
The Gujarat Earthquake occurred at 8.50 am on 26 January 2001, near Bhuj, a central city in Kutch District, Gujarat state. A wide area was damaged by the earthquake in and around the Kutch District, including 760 farm villages and local cities such as Bhuj, Bhachau, Rapar and Anjer.
