ABSTRACT
Virtual space has radically changed in the last 10 years. Virtual social networks like
Facebook and Twitter have spread in a totally unpredictable way. Access to the
Internet via Smartphones has opened the virtual space to a wider range of people all
over the world and connects more and more people from different language and
cultural backgrounds. The everyday life of many people has been extended, especially
in the last few years, to an equally everyday virtual environment.
