ABSTRACT
So, entrepreneurs-even expertentrepreneurs-aren’t anydifferent from the rest of us. But they do operate in a unique problem space characterized by uncertainty. Without the ability to predict in that problem space, entrepreneurs seek to shape or control outcomes as much as they can, together with their stakeholders. We contrast this difference between their fundamental assumptions about the future with those of a novice:
