ABSTRACT
Yet, another downside of having many actors involved in the decision-making process
is that “one cannot take decisions without thinking of the consequences concerning all of
the involved parties and this gets frustrating sometimes” (Personal communication with
the real estate manager at the mine, September 2010). This means that the actors need
to continue working together on developing the brand of the WH site in Falun, as the des-
tination development process faces new challenges every day.
