ABSTRACT
One of the central questions of the investigation was aimed at mapping whether the
second-home owners were “at all” willing to take on an active role in the development
of their second-home community. To increase the question’s validity, we emphasized
that the role should be “active”, focusing on the municipality level and not the local
cabin plots. We also emphasized the fact that it was not only development in terms of
attractiveness as a second-home community, but also as in terms of a good place to
live. Table 5 reveals the responses.
