ABSTRACT
Enclosures: Text of entire GP from one of Skeat's editions, although the reading-aloud is from Robinson's. The coloring book consists of reproductions (not easily available elsewhere) of woodcut pilgrims from the editions of William Caxton (1484?), Wynkyn de Worde (1494), and Richard Pynson (1526), along with other woodcut scenes such as the pilgrims at table. On the covers are portraits of Chaucer from the Ellesmere ms. and Corpus Christi ms. 61. Credit given for all pictures but not for the edition.
