ABSTRACT
Any narrative that accompanies a discussion regarding successful implementation of BIM/VDC invariably includes “communication” as a key component. BIM/VDC, as the saying goes, “Is 10 percent technology, 90 percent psychology.” Accordingly, below are a series of pragmatic checklists. These questions are meant to be additional prompts to aid parties in clarifying BIM/VDC expectations, duties, and requirements.
