ABSTRACT
So much has been written on Soviet Russia that it is unneces sary to attempt more than a partial outline of the impression created by the greatest experiment in social administration of the world’s history. Apart from the comments in this chapter I limit myself to an account of the unique establishment in the u.s.s.R. of a complete system of socialised State medicine.
