ABSTRACT

Chapter 6 clarifies overlaps and similarities between Mindfulness and Coaching Approaches and explores how mindfulness might support, enrich and deepen the application of these. Specifically, we highlight a Person Centred Approach, Time to Think, Relational Coaching, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Inner Game, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic and Somatic Coaching, as well as Focusing and Psychosynthesis.
