ABSTRACT

In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth and then had the uneasy feeling that something had gone terribly wrong. Theatrical performances are exactly posed. Even spontaneity in theatrical performances is posed. In life nothing is posed. "Life is not a dress rehearsal". The author beg to differ. Life is only a dress rehearsal. We never get it right enough to put on the play to our satisfaction. In a good performance, everything is perfectly posed. In life nothing is perfectly posed. We are presenting ourselves according to unwritten rules. Each day is a definitive performance, whereas actors continue to perfect their lines. God looked down and said While his back was turned people have made an unholy mess. He promised a rainbow next time they won't be here to see it. The devil looked up and said while his back was turned they have done things.
