ABSTRACT

Zhang Junmai was a leader of the China Democratic Socialist Party and an important figure of the third force in the struggle between the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the Guomindang (GMD). One cannot say that those who participate in the French Revolution should enjoy human rights, whereas those who do not participate in the revolution should not enjoy, because the revolution work is to establish human rights and not to restrict human rights. Since the Russian Communist Revolution and up to the last war, there has been a popularity period for the European anti-human rights movement. Article 68 of the (UN) Charter mandates the establishment of an Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and promotes (the idea of establishing) a Human Rights Commission. At present this ECOSOC of UN is working to propose an international human rights law, using international treaties to protect human rights in all countries.
