ABSTRACT

On December 10, 1948, the United Nations General Assembly passed and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). In order to commemorate this proclamation and promote human rights, the UN designated this day as Human Rights Day. In all of human history, this holiday should be seen as humanity's greatest and most important day of celebration. Human rights cannot be abandoned, no matter what the time, place, situation, or reason, because if people abandon human rights, people will not be complete human beings. Consciousness of human rights is the result of the advance of civilization. On April 20, 1929, the Republican government issued an order on the protection of human rights, which read: Human rights are protected by law in every country in the world. All those who want to be humans must struggle in order to promote their own human rights.
