ABSTRACT

Changing standards for attaining various accreditations have put a heavier emphasis o n b oth quantity and qualit y of publications by faculty. As discussed in Module I , the pressure is on in many schools to produce additional publications to maintain one's academic qualifications. This is more easil y accompli shed when working in teams of two or more, as each t eam member will reap the publication benefit of each case or article that goes to press. As a noble goal, this one fa ll s short ; as a practical measure of effi ciency, however, it is both sensible and rewarding.
