ABSTRACT
Excerpt from a Student Project Above the door of the Howling Wolf Taqueria is a sign that says "Feed your good wolL" This sign refers to a Cherokee legend about the fight between two wolves, the evi l one and the good one. These two wolves represent the two sides of every human being. The question of which wolf wi ll win is resolved by the one you feed. Pat and his partner, Matt, want the Howling Wolf to be a place where people can feed the good wolf inside themselves. BUI without much experience in restaurant ownership, they fear they may not be up to the challenge.
