ABSTRACT
A case research project can give you deep insights into behavior and attitudes, helpi ng you to understand what may make a manager, business owner, or employee act in a specifi c way. What makes a manager do what h e does? What makes a s mall business owner get up every day and perform all the chall enging tasks required of him? You wi ll interview a manager or business owner (selected from a group of volunteers) and wi ll observe the o perations of the organization to determine how this manager or business owner overcomes obstacles. The Case Research Study focuses on questions in the following areas:
• Most satisfying experience related to business
• Most chall enging experience related to b usiness and how it was solved
• Adv ice offered to other m anagers or owners
