“Doing It All”

Tony Garcia was excited to have landed his first professional job in the arts as the managing director of a new modern dance company. His experience as a stage manager for community theater groups and his excellent administrative skills had impressed the board of directors of the company, and with a new master’s degree in arts administration under his belt, Tony was ready for the challenge of running a nonprofit arts organization.
