ABSTRACT
Through a rigorous program of research, discussion, and writing, students in the classes of George Camp and Felicia Eppley create products, evaluate their work through peer review, and investigate the relationship among geography, climate, and early civilization. A dazzling array of products and their scoring rubrics make this lesson an excellent model for other lessons.
