ABSTRACT
Carol Adamson ‘s comparative lesson on the newly independent nations of Estonia and Namibia enhances her students’ abilities to identify sources of information beyond the library and to research questions not often found in curricular guides. The lesson is designed to relate to the personal experiences of the students and their families and facilitates the exchange of information between groups.
