ABSTRACT
The outsourcing-insourcing (O-I) planning methodologies in the last chapter were general in nature and could be used in most planning steps. This chapter narrows the focus on a collection of methodologies chiefl y used in the initial decision and planning steps of O-I, denoted in the darkened boxes in Figure 6.1.
