An Ounce of Prevention Is Worth . . .

Ethics training was a cottage industry a short while ago, but no longer. It is now a growing enterprise in both the private and public sectors. There is scarcely a large American corporation that does not conduct ethics training. And governments at all levels in the United States are spending taxpayers’ dollars for ethics training, although the economic downturn of 2008-2009 slowed some program initiatives.
