ABSTRACT
This chapter talks about the personnel review meeting between Melissa Olson and Billy Malan. It explains the Melisa and Billy viewpoints of Billy's performance. Melissa is Billy's supervisor. In fact, Melissa had hired Billy in her group at Iportal Media Company two years ago. Melissa Olson considers Billy Malan to be a very competent worker. She has given him appropriate raises and has done her best to reinforce Billy good work. The first thing she is going to say to Billy Malan is that he is terribly verbose. The second item that she is going to discuss is that Billy is very quick, and finishes his work typically before anyone else. Billy Malan has worked for Melissa Olson for the past two years. He likes to joke around with the other guys, and they seem to like his sense of humor. He came into Melissa's office for the meeting with a real sense of accomplishment.
