ABSTRACT

This chapter deals specifically with interactive communications delivery systems and the new marketing tactics that utilize interactive channels. So far in our delivery discussion, we have emphasized how these recent changes have impacted the way marketers reach out to communicate with their customers. Even in our last chapter, where we considered the traditional outbound communications delivery systems, we also discussed many new uses of those traditional marketing media. It is time to look to the future of marketing communications, what we expect to be an exciting future in an experiential and interactive world.
