ABSTRACT
The National Republican Party unequivocally records itself as opposed to the recognition of any party organization which excludes or discourages men from joining county, state or national organizations because of their race or color; and especially does the party record itself as being opposed to the doctrine known in some parts of the country as "Lily Whiteism." This departure from Republican principles must fmd no place in the plans or policies of the Republican Party.
