ABSTRACT
The model of cooperative-harmonious democracy is essentially about cooperation and harmony. Its purpose is to combine individual demands into collective interests by means of cooperation and reconciliation and attain a situation of democratic politics characterized by win-win cooperation, rapport and solidarity, and harmonious governance. “Harmony and cooperation” thought and cooperative game theory are intrinsically homogeneous. Therefore, modern cooperative game theory can serve as a powerful tool for analyzing and understanding the basic concepts of cooperative-harmonious democracy, the approach to building cooperativeharmonious democracy, possible system architecture, etc.
