ABSTRACT

This chapter analyzes the national and international environments that China's economic development is facing in 2010. The international environment of China's economic development in 2010 has a dual character, namely the tendency of turnaround overlapping with an adverse trend, indicating that the external environment is very unstable and uncertain. While the global economy is expected to achieve recovery growth, its foundation for revival is still fragile because it relies mainly on supernormal strong stimuli of different governments. The history of the world economic development reveals that every big economic crisis breeds and produces a new scientific and technological revolution. The rural production and living conditions, such as water, electricity, road, firedamp construction, housing, education, health and social security, have improved and developed considerably. The total grain output reached 530.82 million tons in 2009, hitting a new peak again and achieving an increase in the grain output for six consecutive years.
