ABSTRACT

This chapter explores the different types of families and how the members of families care for and share with one another. It explains what a family tree is and as an example draw up a family tree of the Royal family. The chapter talks about how each person on the family tree is related to the others in the Royal family. It discusses how some people can draw detailed family trees, whereas other people know very little about their relatives. The chapter considers what to do in a situation in which a family member is upset and relationships with brothers and sisters. The chapter also discusses who makes decisions about one's life and examines how old they need to be before they make their own decisions. It analyses the importance of taking on responsibilities and explores what causes conflict between parents and children and ways of resolving arguments. The chapter explains advices on how to deal with problems with parents.
