ABSTRACT

This chapter consists of activities in which the children are asked to reflect on how good they are at managing their time. It explores how the children spend their free time by introducing the topic by talking with the children about how they spend their free time after school. The chapter suggests the activities for children that might include in the activities column such as watching TV, playing with friends, playing computer games. Others might be: visiting relatives, helping at home, reading, playing sports, club activities, practising a musical instrument, playing with/looking after a pet. It explores how children are organised at home and suggest things that they might do to help themselves become more organised at home. The chapter helps the children to understand how homework may get interrupted and how interruptions can be avoided.
