ABSTRACT

Administrators or managers are well aware that actual atmospheric climate (i.e. the weather) can, and does, greatly affect their organizations. Many organizations have been either partially or totally destroyed by climatic disturbances such as storm and flood. Organizational climate also affects organizations and can be potentially just as devastating to their survival as atmospheric climate. However, the two climates do not affect the same resources of the organization. Whereas atmospheric climate acts primarily upon the physical resources of the organization, organizational climate acts upon the human resources (the personnel) of the organization.
