ABSTRACT

The sustainable pedagogy for applying and designing experiential-learning cycles (SPADES) model seeks to present a coherent approach to the embedding of an organisational learning programme (OLP). It recognises the shift from a more traditional pedagogical model to one that is more fully based upon collaboration and the role of all who are engaged in learning having an equal contribution to make as both teacher and learner. As a continuous process there is an emphasis upon cycles, plural. As with the iterative and positive spiral associated with the SECI model, so SPADES too becomes a spiral learning from itself and able to sustain itself. Core Values are the DNA of our business they are a global gold standard that guides our thinking, determines our behaviour, and allows us to adapt to local needs. Our ambition, stated in the introduction, is our destination and our journey to get there is started and progressed by our people.
