ABSTRACT
When I reached out to a select group of repeat clients, new clients whose stories I felt were compelling, and old clients I’d established friendships
with over the years, I never imagined I’d get each and
every one of them to provide responses to my interview
questions. I also never imagined their responses would
be as soul-baring as many of them are.
