Larry Pisoni born in New York, 1950 founded the Pickle Family Circus in San Francisco in 1974. Pisoni's clown partners were Geoff Hoyle and Bill Irwin. The circus continues in the form of the New Pickle Circus, although Larry is retired. Lorenzo Pisoni born in San Francisco, 1976, Larry's son, grew up in the Pickle Family Circus and began performing with the company as a boy in 1978. He eventually moved on to work with Cirque du Soleil and many other circuses around the world. Lorenzo has a thriving career as an actor in film and theater.
