ABSTRACT
The title 'My Marxist Feminist Dialectic Brings All the Boys to the Yard' is drawn from a meme that is encountered on the Facebook page of the Socialist Meme Caucus. This chapter explores the background that links domestic work, feminist thinkers and digital media and so gives legitimacy to the metaphor of the Digital Housewife. It also explores the tools which Marxist feminists have in the yard and what happens when they brings the tools to bear upon contemporary labouring practices. Coupled with Autonomist Marxism is the suffusion of capitalist logics throughout the whole of life, as work incorporates inalienable and social aspects of an individual and communities such as affect, communicative capacity and cognition. The interpellation of subjects oriented towards the particular kinds of work-relations associated with capitalism is therefore necessary to the grounding and continuity of the capitalist mode of production.
