ABSTRACT
Change is kaleidoscopic in nature and an inevitable consequence of our energetic social system and the reaction of our law enforcement agencies to its dynamic elements. Every aspect of our lives is impacted by change and the police environment is no exception. Organizations are forced to change at a faster pace and more radically than ever before ( Kotter & Cohen, 2002 ).
