ABSTRACT
The criminal drug trade, by virtue of its illegal nature, is a covert enterprise in which people, business decisions, and transactions all occur outside the watchful eye of the public. Because of this secrecy, much misunderstanding exists about the inner workings of the illicit drug trade. For example, many questions exist regarding sellers, buyers, business decisions, business logistics, and organizational dynamics. Addressing these areas is the purpose of this chapter.
