ABSTRACT
No one knows for certain which crimes are committed with the greatest frequency, but with the possible exception of fraud, crimes falling into the category of public order crimes are the most numerous. Public order crimes include prostitution, homosexual acts, dnmkenness, the use of controlled substances, gambling, traffic offenses, disorderly conduct, vagrancy and exhibitionism.
