ABSTRACT
In addition to than the Prison Litigation Reform Act, there are other federal statutes affecting the status of prisoners. Included among these statutes are the Federal Tort Claims Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, The Religious Freedom Restoration Act and Religious Land Use and Institutional Persons Act. These last two Acts were discussed in Chapter 7.
