ABSTRACT
As the measured value of Zs is lower than the corrected value it will comply with the requirements of BS7671.
The measured value of Zs is lower than the calculated Ze + R1 + R2 value due to the measured value being taken when the system is live. The system will have bonding conductors connected and possibly other items providing parallel paths for the test currents and this will lower the measured Zs value.
