ABSTRACT

Text, like 3D objects, is nothing more than vector information. That means there is great flexibility if people ever need to make changes after people have created their 3D extrusion. Even after the fact, people can change their fonts and their 3D objects update on the fly. In this author used a font called "Racer Regular". In anticipation that some might not have it on their system, people will find a rasterized version called "Rasterized text.tif". If people would like to work in vector then just choose any font people like, or one that comes close to it. If people are a member of Adobe's Creative Cloud then feel free to use "Typekit". Just access their Creative Cloud app and target the "Assets" heading. At the bottom click on "Add Fonts from Typekit" button. This will bring people to the Typekit webpage and from there people can browse and import the fonts that people would like to work with.
